The player must change the pictures to match full body shots of either SpongeBob, Sandy, or Patrick. Failure will result in Stanley getting his head stuck in a jellyfish's tentacles. Using SpongeBob as an eraser, the player must erase jellyfish poop off of the golden statue of SpongeBuck SquarePants. After doing so, Krabby Patties fly out and fill the screen. The player must spin the vault handle as fast as they can to open it. There are six cards on a table and the player must match two of them. The player has to look out SpongeBob's window to see who is coming to visit and can guess from either Patrick, Sandy, or Squidward. The player has to help SpongeBob prevent Sandy, Patrick, and Squidward from taking the only cookie left on the plate. The player must tilt the uDraw Game Tablet or the Nintendo 3DS so that Pearl can pick up the pictures of the boy band Boys Who Cry. The player must squeeze ketchup out of the bottle on top of the Krabby Patty for the top of the bun to cover it. The player must connect a line between SpongeBob and Gary to reunite the two. The art style in this stage is crudely drawn sketches, often with incomplete lines and coloring. The IconBob levels (which are exclusive to this version) are done using the Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad. The gameplay on the Nintendo 3DS version is almost identical to the Wii version, but instead of the uDraw Tablet (since the Nintendo 3DS isn't compatible with it), the touch screen is used. The game requires the use of the now-discontinued uDraw GameTablet by THQ. Each nanogame has a short time limit of less than 10 or 5 seconds, depending on the nanogame, and players would have to rely on quick thinking and reflexes to finish each nanogame. Similar to WarioWare games, players get to play mini-games, dubbed Nanogames, in quick succession in order to proceed.
